[YAF-announce] Volunteers needed at Yearly Meeting Sessions

Hi YAFs!
  I'm in charge of finding worship sharing leaders for yearly meeting sessions. This simply means people who facilitate a worship sharing session for one hour on three afternoons of sessions (Monday-Wednesday). I need someone who will facilitate the YAF worship sharing. If you'd like to serve your community in this way, please let me know. In addition, if you've been thinking about reaching out into the wider New England community, but weren't sure how, this is a great way to do it. It doesn't take a lot of time or experience, but is something sessions attenders really need, and is a way for YAFs to step into more visible leadership and support roles in the wider community.
   
  If you're a little nervous about this, we have a little mini-training and support meeting on Saturday afternoon to go over worship sharing guidelines and share ideas and suggestions on how to lead these groups. And I am always available to help you out or to find someone else who can support or offer advice if anything comes up.
   
  I'd love to help get YAFs out into our Yearly Meeting community. Please email me (kristna at verizon.net) if you'd like to help out. You can also make recommendations of YAFs or other members of your meeting who will be at sessions.
