YAFs are sponsoring a workshop at Sessions about War Tax Resistance, as
you might have noticed as you registered for Yearly Meeting, or thought
about it -- . In case you're still trying to decide among all the good
workshop choices.... or are curious about war tax issues but were afraid
it would be boring... or are helping organize and want an update to see
if I've gotten it done.... here's a list of the *great* people who will
be sharing with us in the conversation--panel in the Tuesday part of the
workshop:

Katherine Fisher -- yeay for YAFs!-- who is coming down from her new job
at AFSC for the day just for us!
Chris Jorgensen -- yes, yes, her indeed: she said she doesn't usually
go to workshops, but she wrote a *song* about tax resistance which
she'll sing for us!
Scott Nielson -- a fellow from tiny Quaker City/Unity Meeting in New
Hampshire who lives and farms on a land-trust intentional community,
below the taxable level
Sandy Albertson-Shea, a home-owner, and married mother, from Cambridge
Meeting, who started resisting taxes in the '70's
and......
Jonathan Vogel-Borne --you've probably heard of him.... but did you
know that he, too, is a home-owning tax resister?

Wednesday will be nuts-and-bolts day... we have a great guy from New
England War Tax Resistance coming to answer detailed questions and talk
about spreading the word and taking action.

And by the way: it's okay to come for just one day or the other -- we
already have some folks signed up for just Wednesday.

Tell your friends!
Frederick
