Please read these instructions fully before continuing if you have not done so before. The electronic registration was first used in June and still slightly experimental. If you encounter any problems email me (James) at yaf@yaf.neym.org and I'll try and figure out the problem. Let me know what you were doing and what error messages appeared. You will only be allowed to enter registration. If you need to go back to update or cancel a registration then email me at yaf@yaf.neym.org, and I'll remove you from the list or make the corrections you requested.
On the first page you'll receive a form to fill out with all of the registration information and a text box at the bottom for any additional notes you think we should be aware of. Press the "Proceed to verification" when you have entered all of the required fields (marked with '*') and you've entered additional information when relevant.
Missing required fields are marked in red to make them stand out more.
On the second page you'll see a table with the information you entered on the first page. Verify that this information is correct and press "Complete Registration", if everything is in order. If you find you made a mistake you can edit your information by pressing the "Edit registration" button. (Edit registration only works during your current browser session. Otherwise you will need to email me to have your registration updated).
When you click complete registration the registration will be filed into our database. Expect a confirmation email within a week or two.
